If you want a half a lamb and it is not part of a larger order there will be a $15 extra charge

Price is based on the finished frozen weight 1/3 of a side (60 –75 lb) equal share of all cuts : roasts, steaks & burger. This is the maximum price- costs vary with each animal and you will be charged the lowest price possible You may also order by the half –inquire about pricing.
