Remember what real chicken used to taste like? Well here it is again! These birds are raised in the fresh air and sunshine. There are no antibiotics or other medications in the feed, which is completely plant based, and composed of very high quality wholesome ingredients. They live in moveable shelters in the fresh air and are moved to fresh grass every day.

There is a group of several producers of pasture poultry, myself included. Except for creative variations in the materials used for the shelters, we all follow the same methods of production and use the same feed and processor. All the birds are vacuum packed and frozen so when you buy your year’s supply of chickens, you can be sure they will store well.
